Our rates are highly competitive and always negotiable. We confer with you to find a price that works for both of us, based on each, individual document’s level of complexity, formatting, tools required, type of original, time frame, etc. Some documents are clear and straightforward, while other projects require intensive involvement and research.

Documents containing complex graphics and drawings require greater effort than plain texts. Certain projects require the purchase of additional software packages to work with proprietary document formats and structures.

Another factor in determining cost is the quality of the original. Translating a clear MS Word document is much less labor-intensive than puzzling out archived, handwritten, hard copies. In addition, we allocate our resources based on the project timetable. It always takes more "translation fuel" to finish a project in one week (for a deadline) that would normally require four.
